Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Send a photo of what needs fixing, a sketch of what you want built, or just describe it over the phone, and we’ll give you an honest read on scope and price before anything is scheduled. There is no published price list because welding and fabrication work varies too much job to job for a fixed menu to be honest — an estimate takes the guesswork out instead of a number that would not hold up once we saw the actual job.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — CSLB #1037852, bonded and insured. Ask to see the license number on any contractor before they start work on your property; it is public record and worth checking.
Do you come to me, or do I bring the job to the shop?
Both, depending on the job. Gates, railings, fencing and anything welded onto a structure that already exists gets built and installed on site. Smaller pieces — something that can be carried in, a repair on a part you can remove — can come to the shop in Hayward. Mobile welding is available for jobs that need a welder on location and cannot wait for a shop slot.
What areas do you serve?
Based in Hayward, working throughout the East Bay — Hayward, San Leandro, Castro Valley, Union City, Fremont, Newark, San Lorenzo, Oakland, Alameda. If you are just outside that list, call anyway; the boundary is a driving-distance guideline, not a hard cutoff.
Can I just text a photo of what I need?
Yes. Text (510) 363-2490 a photo of the broken railing, the gap where a gate needs to go, or a picture of something similar you want built, and we will tell you what it takes. Faster than describing it, and it means the estimate is based on what is actually there.
