Privacy Policy
Short, because this site does very little with your data today.

The short version
As of August 9, 2026, this website itself runs no analytics, sets no cookies and embeds no tracking pixels. The one exception is Jotform, which powers the chat assistant available site-wide and the quote-request form on the contact page — see section 3 for exactly what that means. Beyond that, the only information we receive is what you deliberately send us: a phone call, a text message, an email, or the map you choose to load on the contact page.
1. Who we are
ATR Welding, Inc., CSLB #1037852, based in Hayward, CA. We provide welding, metal fabrication, and installation services. You can reach us at (510) 363-2490 or Lee@atrwelding.com.
2. What this website collects automatically
No cookies of our own. This site sets none itself. The Jotform widget and form described in section 3 may set their own cookies when you interact with them — that is Jotform’s activity on its own domain, not ours, and only happens if you open the chat assistant or the quote form.
No analytics. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, session replay, heatmaps or any equivalent of our own. We do not know how many people visited this page.
Mostly no third-party fonts. Our own typefaces are served from our own domain, not a font CDN. The Jotform chat widget and quote form load one font from Jotform’s own CDN so they render correctly — the only third-party font request anywhere on this site.
Server logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes standard request data — IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp — to serve the page and protect against abuse. We do not use those logs for marketing and do not combine them with anything else. Cloudflare’s own handling is governed by its privacy policy.
3. Information you choose to give us
Phone calls and text messages
If you call or text, we keep what you tell us: your name, your number, and notes about the job. We use it to respond to you and to provide the work if you become a client. We do not record calls. If that ever changes, this policy will say so before it starts, and you will be told at the beginning of the call.
The virtual assistant
This site runs a Jotform-hosted AI chat assistant, available on every page, to help answer common questions from ATR Welding, Inc.’s services and policies. Opening it loads a script and an interface from Jotform’s own servers (jotform.com and jotfor.ms). If you type a message to it, that message — and any contact details you choose to include in it — is processed by Jotform and made available to us so we can follow up. We do not use it to build an advertising profile of you. Jotform’s own handling of what it processes is governed by Jotform’s privacy policy. If you would rather not use it, call or text (510) 363-2490 instead — nothing about this site requires the assistant.
The quote-request form
The contact page also embeds a Jotform form so you can request a quote by typing instead of calling. The same Jotform data-handling applies: whatever you enter — name, contact details, a description of the job — is submitted to and processed by Jotform, which makes it available to us. We use it only to respond to your request. As with the assistant, calling or texting works exactly as well if you’d rather not use the form.
Google Maps on the contact page
The map on our contact page does not load until you press the button. Nothing is sent to Google before that. If you do load it, Google receives your IP address and browser information under its own privacy policy. You can view the location in a separate tab instead if you prefer.
4. What we never do
- We do not sell or share your personal information. We have not in the past twelve months and have no plans to.
- We do not use your information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not run trackers, pixels or session recording.
- We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
5. How long we keep things
Enquiry details from calls, texts or email: up to 24 months from the last contact, then deleted. Client and job records: for the duration of the job plus the period required for tax and accounting purposes.
6. Your rights in California
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information we have collected, to request deletion, to request correction, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect any), and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these.
To exercise any of them, call or text (510) 363-2490 and say so. We will verify that the request is genuinely yours — usually by confirming details only you would know — and respond within 45 days. There is no charge. You may use an authorised agent.
7. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. We keep the number of systems holding your information small, because the most reliable security control available to a business our size is not collecting things in the first place. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.
8. Changes to this policy
If we add anything else that collects or transmits visitor data — analytics, a new third-party tool, a change to how the assistant or the quote form work — we will update this page before that goes live, not after, and change the date at the top.
